NA HB 0.0 Pale Ale (Callista and Mosaic)

I just ordered half of a pound of Callista a few weeks ago. You mentioning it just now might be the first I've really seen anyone around here bring it up. A local brewery makes a dynamite kellerpils with it. I could never hope to replicate it, but I figure I can still cook up a pilsner and a few smash brews with it.
