I think this keg is on its last leg. I will definitely be making this recipe again. I’m glad I got some tips from the brewer at Boulder Beer Co., they paid off big with this brew.

“A cuvée of 50% BA Imperial Brown Ale, 33% BA Barleywine, and 17% BA Imperial Stout”

a very interesting brew. I chilled it too much to begin with and it was almost tart. Now that it has warmed, it is much better. Lots of vanilla I am assuming is from the barrel aging.
