That beer started out as a sort of tongue in cheek response to a question someone posted a couple of months ago about making a corn beer. It’s 40% 2 row, 50% corn syrup and 5% each flaked corn and white wheat. It’s gone from “hold my beer...” to “I think I should brew this again”.
