Errm, I haven’t brewed any seltzer. But yeah, I think an extract is the way to go with that.

This is what I used for a 5 gallon batch. I haven’t tried it carbed yet. It’s sitting in a keg that I’ve yet to tap but it was fine out of the fermenter. Just wished it came out a little stronger.
