HB spruce beer, it was better when it was fresh.

Attempt of a zombie dust clone. I’m chalking this one up to a fail. Color is muted, citra hops taste stale, missing that fresh fruit flavor.
Anyone added an additional dryhop after kegged to try and bring out some hop punch?
Got nothing to lose. I've decarbed and repitched and had good results before

Enjoyed the bottle of Arthur by myself. Unfortunately the wife is under the weather and didn’t want to indulge with me.
Onto this fine pale ale! Why not use the only Trillium glass I have, even though it’s a lager glass. Seems appropriate.
Enjoying this while watching a classic, Boondock Saints.

maybe a slightly heavy dose and some gelatin?? Maybe citra, simcoe and Columbus. Just used those and smelled great, especially columbus
 
Jalapeno goes so well with beer. Had a happy accident when I brewed a Pale Ale and fermented on the bucket I made a jalapeno hard lemonade. The flavor came through nice from the oils.

Probably one of the best beers I’ve ever made especially after moving and trying to figure everything out. Jalapeño IPA.
