Silhouette Daydream Double Brunch Chrunchee Peach Granola Sour IPA
Other Half and Hudson Valley collaboration

Untappd’s Description:
Silhouettes, Crunchees and Daydreams all mashed into one beast. Conditioned on peach, coconut, almonds, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and milk sugar on a hybrid Silhouette/Daydream malt bill. Hopped with Cashmere and Kohatu which both have a tropical fruit/fruity pebbles hop profile.
 
Last couple of days

@JCasey1992 peach hefe (don't remember sharing this photo) - nice subtle peach flavor without also being heavy on banana or clove - well done.

@JCasey1992 rapsberry cream ale - this one was overcarbonated, and I don't remember the last one being overcarb'd...did you change anything?

Glad you liked the peach hefe! As for the cream ale, I used carbonation drops as I was just bottling what didn't fit in the keg. They tend to be inconsistent so I bet that had something to do with it. Hope you were still able to enjoy some of it.

On another note, I'll probably be throwing your pluot sour in the fridge today (I know... a day early) to celebrate my birthday. I'll report back later today!

Ah, that explains it...yah I had two glasses at the ready...only a lil bit was for the dead :)
