Been gone a while, sorry. Still been drinking but, mostly with the guys and girls I used to work with. Doing what I can to help friends get through the ordeal of the mass shooting here, these things affect the cops too. Couldn’t be prouder of all the officers, including four officers that were first in and stopped the shooter. Glad to say they’re all friends and two worked for me before retiring. Still a lot of healing to happen here but, we’ll make it as a community. Much sorrow felt for the victims families. VB Strong!

A HB that was supposed to be a white stout but is much more like a coffee pale ale. Multiple lessons learned from this batch. Still a decent beer, even though it's completely different than what I was aiming for.

Yeah, the quickest 6 days of my life. The trip was great. It was a memorable experience for sure. I hope to get out there again.

The kids are happy that we’re home and it’s back to reality.
