Im curious of your sparging method on the GF?

Pumped out all wort at sparge stage and added sparge water slowly without raising the grain basket. Pumped out after wort filtered through. Dug out half the grain after once half the sparge water was done, sparged with the rest of the water and let it drain. Pumped out wort to bucket. Removed grain basket and returned all the wort for boiling. Redic OG as result.

My mash efficiency for this batch ended up being 91 %, dispite having 15 % flaked oats in the mash. I didn't know it was possible to have such an efficiency cheers
