Not fully carbed yet, but I pulled an early sample of my NEIPA, from the keg.

Tastes like dank grapefruit juice.

I dry hopped the crap out of this thing w/ cryo citra and cryo mosaic.

I think I'll need some time for the hop matter to settle...I can taste the pellet dust in it still.

Edit: No hop matter in the glass, has strong resin/pine flavor...maybe it'll mellow after it sits in the kegerator.
I think I should have backed off on the DH hops.

I'm drinking the wife's stash of all day ipa because my rye ipa is taking its sweet time to finish. I brewed it 2.5 weeks ago and it has only dropped ~50% in gravity. The basement has been very cold for sa05 so I have moved it to the top step of the basement.

These all day's ain't so bad!
 
How was that? Going to see if I can find some in NorCal.
Pretty good actually... not your standard cream ale... hopped up and quite dry and bitter... but went down well after an afternoon of yard work!
