Knocking back a growler of Big Gruesome from Springhouse.

Saw this last night on my beer run. Any good?

Super good! Worth grabbing!

Thanks to @trecheroustexan, I believe it was that recommended Mack’s in Parma. Best selection I have found in the area...just wish I could break up the 4pk’s of decadent, evil twin, fat orange cat and omnipollo!

They’re all good enough to grab a 4 of each. [emoji57]

Wow this is really good!

Love the name of that beer! (I’m a meteorologist.)

Just checked out their website. Really cool that they grow their own grain onsite!

Edit: didn’t realize I could get that in Cleveland! Might need a trip to Mack’s soon.

My wife is away for a girls weekend. Got the 11 month old down and asleep. Breaking out the 5 gallon pot tonight.

2.5 Gallons for the boil. Top the fermenter off to 5.5 at the end.

7.5# Pilsner.
1.5# Dextrose.
1oz Sorachi split evenly in the boil @60, 30, and 5.
3oz Sorachi @180 whirlpool.
2oz Sorachi DH

From start to finish should take about 3 hours.
