I’m currently employed however I have a terrible boss with poor leadership skills who likes to micro manage his staff.

My New boss will be the opposite and supportive.

Will go from estimating & managing $100k-$5mil heavy sitework projects within the greater Sacramento area to now estimating & managing $500k- $100mil heavy Civil projects within Northern California. So stoked! [emoji482]
Same salary amount which I am happy with.
