Also a pull from the kettle sour still fermenting which didn't get nearly as sour as I had intended...unsure why other than possibly old lacto? It was way over the expiration date, but not sure how much that truly matters?

I started with 3 gallons of EdWort's apfelwein then ice distilled until it wouldn't freeze anymore, ended up with about a quart and change. Very smooth, very sweet, and will get you trashed at warp speed if you're not careful.
