You know, posters are talking, ad infinitum, about cold crashing, finings or whatever. That beer
is not clear but it is lovely. I'm okay with people liking what they like but I would like to persuade people to lean toward what beer is when you make it than trying to shape it to something else. I'm warning everyone that I've had beer.

Slightly off topic but last weekend, while visiting friends near Lake Tahoe, we stopped at a local brewery and I tried a sample pour of a sour NEIPA. I didn't get it. And by that I mean I didn't order a full pour, nor did I understand it.
 
Having this with a buddy who's passed out already. LOL He had too many Jamesons four fingers.

Not fer me... LOL

That's why I only admit to drinking beer....

I’d bet it’s the sorachi. I’ve used it twice and it comes off very herbaceous. I perceive it to taste just like dill”

Yeah this is my second batch with Sorachi Ace hops and it reminds me of the last beer I made with them. Just something about it the more I thought about it later on. It has a familiar character that I didn’t care for.
