Not too bad...took about 15 minutes.
I would say it's a little beyond uncomfortable, in terms of pain (during the process)...just a few minor jolts here and there.
Walked right out, after it was over...wife drove me home.
Slept the rest of the day.
You'll need about a week of no strenuous activity, and stay off your feet AMAP for 3 days.

Overpowering smoke is an acquired taste. Just like really bitter IPAs.
