Be sure to reoxygenate 12hr after fermentaion STARTS. It'll stall out before 12% otherwise. I have lots of personal experience with this issue and my big RISs. They'd stall around 10% no matter how much yeast was used. HBT member recommend to reoxygenate after 12hrs, issue resolved. Just passing info on to the next generation brewers! [emoji2]You mean 12 hours after fermentation is completely done I presume? I do not believe so just regular vacuum sealed pellets. I guess I might need to pick up some more hops from the local homebrew shop
