Just remembered. Hopefully you're up in Portland for the weekend. I saw that Bier Cellar had Hoof Hearted on their email list.

Damn @jimyson this is money!! If I could clone this beer I would make it several times over. It’s excellent. Thank you.

I'll let you know. I'll be kegging my almond joy stout this weekend.
So that's pretty much what you did? I'm a recipe follower--haven't stepped off that ledge. I don't do small batches so I'm not willing to experiment for the most part. Some of you guys are pretty daring. But I will enjoy hearing about your exploits and am rooting for your success. Candy Bars!!!

It looked like a mass lager. Could taste a lot of adjuncts used to dry it out
I'm never going to get the hang of not putting my reply in the correct spot!!!
Yeah, I guess it did look that way now that you say it. I thought it looked unlike the usual stuff. I took it for granted that it had substance even though it was light in colour. thanks.

Trader Joe's doesn't sell NEIPA. The guy asked what the qualities were. I said, "I dunno, should say 'NEIPA' on the can."

It's made by Indian Sikh's from Boston. It's like pizza from New York. [emoji16]

Sikh's are very loyal Indians in northern part of India. Kinda like the Appalachians in the US. Them people that join the US Army at 17...

I'm a vet so I can joke about that.
