Perfect pint of American Strong HB that (at least to me) deserves a ribbon at the fair. Flavor is great, hops hold it up, and cleared to a fare-thee-well. Judging is tomorrow, will see what they think. In the meantime, beautiful day for brewing! At least until the wildfire smoke shows up....and yes Xmas lights are still up. Not my bailiwick but lazy husband's. Oh yeah... and GO HAWKS!!!!
