Overall, I went too big on hops (how is this a thing?!?!?) and the balance is off but I still like it. Brett one is probably best as it mutes some bitterness.

Yes. Great-Grandmother and Grandmother on same side (mom/daughter). Dad is 70 with no sign tho. Mom side is nothing...they live forever. Started this about 2hrs ago with '23 and Me'. They finally posted ALzheimer/Parkinson's results. They were reluctant at first for obvious reasons. The joke is I have more Neanderthal genes then 80% of the population and yet have a 135 IQ.

I "brew" with a buddy on occasion. Most times it is more work than when I brew solo. I really don't think he knows what is going on and just likes to be there to say he was part of the brewday.

I'm trying to hold on to the last bottle of a porter gone wrong which I then turned into a Brett with cherries. It will be 3 years old in October. It was horrible as a porter but delicious as a brett. It was a fun experiment. Kinda going to be sad to see it go...
