I know I haven't posted in a while but I keep up a little here and there. But I had to post this one what the hell is this. I don't know if I hate it or love it. Wow have you guys had this one.

Fuller's 1845 with self-made pizza napoletana. I poured the bottle dregs to a tiny erlenmayer with a drop of sterile wort. Going to plate some of it on agar when I'm done with the pizza. Then going to continue the night with a bottle of G. Schneider Meine Festweisse (TAP4), following the same protocol.

E. Not difficult at all to see which one had more yeast in the bottle...
