So, this is more a Belgian IPA, they completely missed the style, but nice beer!

Oh ya know...was just chopping some onions to get dinner started and well a sharp knife tried to make friends with my thumb. Wasn't a friendly interaction. Took about 1/8" of nail and skin off the end of the thumb

That's not what happened. You and Chuck Norris got into a major Karate fight. As you uppercut him 7ft in the air, your thumb caught on his teeth. Your manly blood scared his face for life...something like that.

@TBC's "I Must Break You" RIS. This is a big beer that comes out swinging with a boozy aroma and flavor, supported by Dark Chocolate bitters. But still not a heavy beer. Well done.
12% - 15% abv?
