Hydrometer sample of an Oud Bruin at 9.98%. Roeselare has a ways to go to get the character I'm looking for.

I like still cider! Has a nice one recently

This actually pours like champagne! I pour it hard and slow and its pretty good, sometimes I agitate to settle it down a bit.

I think about a 1/2 volume of CO2 when conditioning a cider is about right (havent tried that yet but seems right)

Shorts seems to have a consistent grain bill for their DIPA and just change up the hops with a new name. Hence the similarity to superfluid

How is that pack. They use the love of one brew to test three new varieties, any good?

It's good so far. Holy Moses will always be the best of it. Oats Macdonald is good but nothing spectacular. I love GLBC but I love their food more than their beer. Still have the IPA and blonde ale to try. Keep checking back haha.
