My attempt at Pliny the Elder. I named it Pliny the Middle Aged because I missed the FG low and it's about 7.25% abv. Still very good!

Laugh if you want but it's a hot, muggy evening and this stuff is refreshing.
 
Enjoying the results of my first all grain brew that people on this forum and another one helped my with the recipe. Introducing Gizzy Face APA. Came out really well for my first all grain. Well rounded, not too bitter, and a good mouth feel. It could use a bit more citrus aroma and flavor, but it is not really lacking. Good clarity with only a cold crash, but will use gelatin as well going forward. Overall, a very drinkable beer.

Darn. All I've had is the stout and I thought that was good. Are they obtaining the haze the wrong way? I can't remember if I had the so folkin hoppy, but I assume it would go the same path.

I'm pretty sure I've had it on draft and it was good- This really tastes like a bad canning accident. No way they could be in business if this is what was being sold. Bottom of can shows that it was packaged at the end of June so it is still pretty fresh.
