Strangebrew in Manchester NH. $3 all drafts open-7(or maybe 9) Friday and Saturday, all day Sunday. About half the beers on the menu are $2 on Tuesdays.

Murphys down the street does a $1 "drain the lines" every Wednesday where they put 60 beers at $1 until 9 or the keg is kicked.
