It's typically called St. Stephen's Day where I'm from but I thought Boxing day was more universal so edited it out to that.
Guess I was wrong. Boxing day in the UK, St. Stephen's Day in Ireland. Canada is news to me but I guess the UK influence is there too.
No matter how you slice it, usually a great day of sport, hunting, horse racing beers, and tasty holiday treats.

I often hear it referred to as Boxing Day in the US too, it's just not officially known as such.
