Sorry for your loss.
Like a heathen.
Sorry, man.
2 days and 20 pages behind, not going to bother catching back up. Had bottle bucket dregs of Gruit and Honey Porter, Saison now while washing Gruit yeast out for Sunday's Bière de Garde. Amazing how easy yeast is to rinse out when there's almost no hop matter in there.
No pic for you.
Your loss. Three of us won the lottery and stared our own brewery where other ******** do the hard work.
Living the damn high life son.
The only truly good beer coming out of San Tan. The owner is a real dick and I don't like supporting him very much, but I like keeping that one on hand.
Red IPA deskbier as I finish out the work day. My grampa passed this am so I plan to drink some good stuff in his memory while smoking a great cigar.

Damn bruv, tough run as of late, no? I'm sorry to hear that. Cheers to grampa.
Life's a b!tch mate. He was tired and ready, at least I got to see him last night before he went and say my farewells. He's in a better place now.
BCBS is gone, probably gonna dip into some whiskey or bourbon even though I know better. Let's raise a glass to being above ground and kick some ass while we can
Yeast slurry is in the fridge, remarkably easy to clean this yeast since there was zero hop matter. Last bottle in the beer fridge (Saison) before bed. Then up fairly early and back to the gym after a week off for illness.
Glad to hear you feel better!
Still a bit of a lingering cough, but doc said on Monday that may linger for a while. Throat is back to 100% now (has been the last couple days) and haven't had any other symptoms since Monday. Haven't been beaten down by a virus like that in years. So I think I'm finally in good shape.
Sorry to hear about your loss, Hooligan.
Having @BGBC 's mosaic peach sour. Its as good as it sounds. Acidity is strongly tart but perfect IMO, peach is very present, and the mosaic blends well with the peach. Great beer man! Did you use whole peaches? View attachment 322079
