What's that, a warm-up machine? That thing you do before you lift things up and put them down like a real man? :ban:

Seriously, elliptical doesn't do it for me any more. I use it for warming up, but I can't get my heart rate up enough with any of the ones at my gym to make it worthwhile. I only do one dedicated cardio day a week, and I've been using one of those arc trainers, which kick my ass a lot more, or just use the treadmill. I much prefer doing active rest in between weight sets or HIIT circuits, and they seem to be more effective anyway.

I was wondering the same thing....happy birthday regardless.

AM beer before bottling/brewing. Actually "borned" 10/26, not yesterday, but tasty enough. Had been eyeing it at the grocery store for a couple weeks, finally got paid with my non-"please Mr. Landlord and bill folks take all my money away" paycheck Tasty.

I get more vacation time than SWMBO, so I take the unexpected days off school. Not sure I'll be considering myself lucky when I'm shoveling the 6 inches of snow off the driveway in a couple hours.

More 'coffee'.

I unfortunately, am not. Saving my last bit of vacation time in case of emergency. Haven't had any snow yet, that means we'll likely get annihilated some day out of nowhere.

I'll make up for both our days on Friday. Even if it's sitting in a tree with a gun in the middle of 20 acres of woods.
