Athanks man. Glad you are enjoying the sour stout same recipe different yeast? I just placed sour stout 2.0 in bottles. Cant wait till that is ready.

Hydro sample of my Brett beers. Same grain bill 11 gal batch split into 2 fermenters. The one on the right got a yeast slurry of WL Belgian saison II W/ enjoy after 10/31/15 and Brett c dregs from my first Brett. The one on the left received yeast that I harvested from a hill farmstead bottle of Dorothy. They are tasting pretty good. They are both at 1.002 after 4 weeks.
