Coffee...rain again. Ugh.
Need some opinions...thinking about doing a Fluffernutter Porter. Would it work to dehydrate and powder marshmallows to add with the peanut powder or add them as is? Near end of boil? Hmmm. Rainy day thoughts.

Ever think about going the brochet route and burning some honey for it? It would be a fermentable and lend that toasted marshmallow quality.

Hydro sample of my Brett beers. Same grain bill 11 gal batch split into 2 fermenters. The one on the right got a yeast slurry of WL Belgian saison II W/ enjoy after 10/31/15 and Brett c dregs from my first Brett. The one on the left received yeast that I harvested from a hill farmstead bottle of Dorothy. They are tasting pretty good. They are both at 1.002 after 4 weeks.

Careful with that hydrometer. Thats how things get broken. This is why we cant have nice things.

Coffee. Getting punished for being competent at work. The higher ups always approach me and stare at the back of my head until I look over, then hand me more work (headaches) to do.

I had not thought about it...definitely will, if I go for a S'mores kind of thing! This one is not going for toasted, though...just marshmallow, peanut butter and maybe some biscuit for the white bread.

Caffeinated water.

Should of called in and played Fallout 4 all day. Damn

Im with you there. On the plus side it is a rainy day (no excuse but to dork around playing video games all day after work, and don't have to go back into work until 3 pm tomorrow. I should be well cracked out and have gotten my fix by the time that i have to go in.

Chili for lunch, and water. Finally feeling better so I think I shall have a beer tonight. Maybe several. Wife's checkup this morning went well, we are over halfway. Got tons of stuff moved into the new house this weekend. Probably move for good in the next two weeks.

Just got a mass marketing email that said "We find your lack of response disturbing" then the inside said "still no answer?" I clicked on my email preferences to unsubscribe and none of the boxes were checked to receive email. I wrote them back and said "I find this email disturbing" what's with marketers these days.

Drinking water with a grilled burger and tots from su casa.

Water.

Got a new beer consulting gig on the side yesterday. Should pay pretty good so I celebrated by buying that bottle. Not that I will open it anytime soon.

Just got an email that Ted's Cigars brought back the Utopias seasoned cigar for this release.

Box pressed, utopia steeped tobacco? Sounds epic to me

I bought some last go around, they are pretty good. Gave some to friends and they liked them.

Congrats on the job man! One step closer to being a full time beer guy. :D

Also, if you decide to get those gars, I'll trade you for a couple of them. :mug:

Water after lunch break. Working on my resume and cover letter for a new gig myself.
