A nice beer from a rather small finnish brewery. At a bar close by my house where I can smoke a pipe in the smoking room on the side. It's so cold I dont feel like standing outside with the pipe.

Nope. It is a production brewery, and a small one at that. Still want to visit and chat with the brewers.

It is brewed on a different system, and the glass actually says Green Flash. That being said, it still tastes a lot like what I got in Cali.

That was how i earned part of my allowance during the winter - get wood off the stack outside and pile it to dry by the furnace. Dad said "I cut it, you bring it in and make sure there is enough."

That's why I had boys (didn't want girls - I made sure I did it properly). They help right now and they're both babies. I can't wait until they're 8-10. One already drives the mower. They'll be mowing and splitting in 6-8 years.

Missed this. Wow. Way to go - great job! How much weight did you shed?

I got my body fat tested today with the pincher. It's gone from 10.7% to 12.4% since April. Then again, I ate like a fat **** and drank 5-8 beers per day. Now that I'm working again, I get to lift. No problem with clothes, though. Same ol' there.

Water with lunch. Boring.

Went right by this. Been on the app only and don't see the quote notifications. I'm only down 40 lbs or so, but a lot of that is muscle gain but substantially less body fat. Still a lot to go though.

Wife is back at work. 3 paychecks this month. Decided to splurge at the bottle shop.

All the UK stuff is in the fridge. The rest is for the cellar.

Drinking my Saison now.

Doctor confirmed that I tore a ligament in my ankle, waiting to see if the X-ray shows a fracture. Fun, fun, fun. Might not make the last race in the year. Oh well. Water now, bottle shop in a minute.
