I'm doing a half day today and then heading out for the final camping trip of the season. If I get tanked up on Saturday, you may get to see pictures of the most ridiculous adult Halloween costume ever.

OK, my procrastination (and stupid job) have gotten the best of me. I have lately been brewing a fairly big beer of some sort for Christmas gifts to a few people. I have been brewing them in June/July and letting them sit until after Thanksgiving (stouts). I have not yet brewed a Christmas beer for 2015. What is a good Christmas beer that I can get grain to glass (bottling) from 11/1/15 to Thanksgiving?

Well, this morning is my morning to question why I stayed up until midnight drinking. After lots of water, some coffee, and a protein shake, I opted to get a McMuffin...yup.
