Pm me a recipe please!! Been wanting to lacto ferment some hot sauce for a while and a little too lazy to google it. Besides I trust alchies more than google.

Homer beer. Better than a BK shot to the berries, reminds me why I need to get off my ass and brew. This weekend maybe...

Gose. I was happy with the salt level, but now I'm thinking that's a touch high too. Next batch, 0.5 oz salt and 0.75 oz coriander in 5.5 gallons (as opposed to 0.75 and 1 oz respective in this batch).

Thank you man its an ipa i like to call cochitra. 2 row, dark munich carapils. Bittered with columbus and late additions, hop stand and dry hop with chinook and citra. I know it sounds dorky but this feels pretty F♤xing cool.

No onion?? Either way it sounds crazy good. I need to get some jars and get on that.

One more again. Wife's not feeling well so cooking frozen pizzas for the little hooligans before they start eating each other.

Couldn't hurt, I may try a batch without the whey, some say it's a better flavor with out a starter, plenty of stuff in the garden so nothing to loose but some jar space.
Not sure how long to let it go, guess I'll find out;)

Tips for making a great pumpkin beer:

1. Make something else.

2. Make something else.

3. Eat some pumpkin pie while having the beer you made instead of a pumpkin beer.

Never had a single pumpkin beer I like (and no, it's not the spices, I enjoy pumpkin pie spice).

Drinking my Lichtenhainer. Sour and bacon is a wonderful combination.
