Small pour of my first berliner weisse. Racked onto a Small amount of raspberry. Slightly strange "cant place it" kind of smell initially. Not bad or good really dont know how to describe it. has a nice tartness not extreme but definitely there. Nice carb but can use even a little more. Thinner than i imagined but i guess to be expected? Pleasantly surprised and proud with this one.

What the hatch?!

@patrickgoss what would you think about a refreshing highly crushable chili beer? Should I include some of these in your box o beer?

Is there anything better than wings over charcoal? Hint: The answer is no.

Yeah, I could drink a refreshing highly crushable chili beer.

As for wings on the grill, I thought there was nothing better, until I discovered smoking them.

Consider it done.

Cooked slow over lump charcoal with some applewood thrown in for some tasty smoke. Seasoned with Tony Chachere's, brown sugar and olive oil. Then coated with bbq sauce and beer about 30 minutes before finished cooking. Best way to have wings IMO.

Dogfish head Burton Baton (an english ale blended with an imperial i.p.a. then aged in an oak barrel) and Brooklyn's sorachi ace. (Saisson with sorachi hops) The Brooklyn is a really nice saison subtle hop flavors not disappointing but not wowing me either, the Burton Baton though woah nice hop citrus coming through balanced with woody vanilla oakiness and at 10% feeling goooood! Gonna save one or two of the Burton to see how it cellars.

Made it to Galveston. Haven't made it to a decent store or the brewery yet. Picked this up at the grocery store. Pretty tasty.

Have fun. Don't spend much time in the polluted and feces filled water. Take your kids to the rainforest cafe and do the ride. If you want pizza, Mario's on 61st. Also hit The Spot on the seawall. Drink at Galveston Island Brewing and Brews brothers. Take your kids to the candy shop on the strand in close proximity to Brews Brothers. I'm sure I'm forgetting much more.

We ate at The Spot tonight, we're doing Original Mexican Cafe tomorrow night, and I think Shrimp & Stuff Wednesday. We're in the water almost the whole time we're here. No cares. We have s Rainforest Cafe in DFW. The candy shops on the list. I'll swing in to Brews Bros. too.

Not sure how long you'll be there, but The Sunflower Cafe and Bakery and Mediterranean Chef(if you like Greek food. Who doesn't?) are worth checking out.
Oh, and you don't have to eat at Rainforest cafe to ride the boat ride. Seems to be a hit with kids. Not sure if yours in DFW has the ride or not. If it does, disregard this.

Raspberry jam beer via PianoMan aka MusicMan. A huge raspberry flavor/aroma. Racking 11 gallons of IPA.

That stuff mixed with Victory at Sea is crazy good. I used to be very anti mixing beers until I tried this.

On the water. Today has sucked and shows no sign of improvement. Didn't sleep for crap last night so I took some sleep medicine and will clock out shortly I'm hoping
