My every-three-years-or-so Imperial IPA gravity sample. 2.5°P FG, right on target. For 9.7% and 8 days old, it's surprisingly not hot. Alcohol is evident, but no solvent. And holy flocc this is hoppy. Might be the hoppiest thing I've ever brewed, ever.

Back in the hotel room now I passed by some ho knocked out on the sidewalk naked from the waist up. Of course my wife would not let me take a pic to post even when I said I wouldnt get her face in the pic. I'm tired, sunburned and sick af. I've eaten 3 times in 3 days but luquids(beer) still go down ok.
