Happy no work day. Having @TwistedGray’s Kettle Sour Citra Hibiscus. Nice and tart, hibiscus comes through. Like the taste and look if this beer.

Yeah, maybe a little more sour. It’s pretty good as is. I guess it’s more Gose sour, than regular sour.
 
A quick test of a Contains No Juice clone (NIPA). Looks good, clean, crisp, but otherwise boring. Hopefully the dry hopping will pump it up a bit. I'll find out when I'm back from DC. Meanwhile, here is a quicky...

To some level that would be correct.

I always force carb prior to bottling in my Sodastream. If I had a keg, it's keggable, but I bottle so technically it still needs bottle conditioning. With that said, fermentation is complete, and it is ready to be consumed and/or bottled.
