Drove the 65 minutes to the closest bottle shop with a fair selection. Bought for the next few weekends. (plus sticking in the fridge a 2012 Cascade Cherry Kriek that I've been cellaring). As for the La Folie, should I drink it, or cellar it? I had the 2014 strait from the shelf and was underwhelmed.

Always buy two, one to cellar, and one to drink.

Nothing, as I am on public transit.

Mmm coffee while listening to the rain. Dripping from the amplifier that's somehow inside of my air conditioner lol the constant TING TING TING TING TING all morning is some how refreshing

Morning crapfee. They lied in the coffeeteria. They said that starting today they were "upgrading" the coffee bar to be something better than the stuff they currently serve. Its the same old stuff. I am getting hints of ashtray and the piney resin bit in the back of your throat remenecent of that time I imbibed in a little recreational smoking. I didn't inhale though.

I really need to get off my butt and start roasting my own coffee.

That sounds good. Drool. I made one and enjoyed it but definitely need to find a commercial example of it eventually. My brother told me about some place in Denver that releases a stout once per year that's ridiculously good.

Mowed the lawn right before it got too dark. Time to relax... or do some homebrew stuff...

Belching Beaver makes a peanut butter stout that is also good.

Water. Why do resumes take forever to put together when they consist of almost nothing?

You're doing it wrong. Drink copiously so you can start spewing BS on the paper and sell yourself (as the DuffMan said yesterday)

Coffee on this damp morning. Why oh why isn't it Friday yet? :(

Exactly. Use your adjectives copiously. Instead of just putting down USMC radio operator I went the colorful route; baddest ass in the valley of the shadow of death, purveyor of ass-whoopery to American Haten Warmongers.

Coff. Just checked the beer fridge and noticed I forgot to leave the gas on overnight.

Full throttle Blue Agave.

Anniversary on the 23rd, wife's Bday on the 28th. Trying to figure out what to do. Wee.

Drink the LaFolie it's pasteurized so you're not going to get any flavor development in the bottle.

I'd also say drink it. You'll still get flavor development in pasteurized beer if you age it, just more of the mellowed sherry notes from slow oxidation. You wouldn't get any more bug activity (which I'm assuming is why you'd want to cellar it). At least nothing you'd notice.

Drinking water.
