Had a carb sample of my spruce beer over lunch... not quite there yet.

Of course, I filled it up to the gas-in tube, so that may have messed with it... I dunno.

However, the taste is great... so that's a plus. But it's interesting how quickly the danky simcoe/columbus dry hop muddled together with the Galaxy and now just smells super fruity... but tastes like pine.

It's an assault on the senses.

Lots of interest in the popcorn beer. Should have told you all it was gross. Oh well, didn't work when I said it about dust, likely wouldn't work here.

That would be a hard sell trying to convince anyone that ZD is gross. I was shaking my head when I was there and saw people carrying cases of it out the door. I foolishly only bought one six pack. After I drank the first bottle, I regretted that decision. I then realized why everyone was buying their full limit.
