Before that, I was tending to some competition-level BBQ (brined a pork shoulder in molasses & salt, dry-rubbed, then smoked over charcoal with pecan shells with a water bath of water & chardonnay) and had a few: an Aviator Devil's Tramping Ground tripel, a Dogfish Head 9-Minute IPA, and a Stone IPA.

Time for bed, just as the sun is rising in the east & the birds are getting noisy.

Devil's Tramping Ground...ha ha...been there. Near Siler City. Haven't tried the beer, though...on my list now!
 
Full Throttle... jamming to Primus, ready to knock this day out and Grandparents are taking the kid for the weekend as of this morning.

Not sure it can get much better.

No kid? Drive over here for the day. We can kick the keg, destroy my beer collection then go to the breweries. Oh and chicken wings and ****.
