Way to soon bottle of my latest version of Farmhouse Rye, bottled last week. I usually use Amarillo and Columbus but went with Saaz and Styrian Golding with this one. It'll be good once it's carbed but it's better with American hops.
I'd like your recipe sometime if you are willing to share. A great style brewed this many times by someone who enjoys it has got to be worth brewing.
Found some bottles of Bluebird clone hiding where they shouldn't be. Lucky me.

Sure no problem. I love the style and I really love the American Farmhouse blend from White Labs it says it produces "moderate levels of sourness" it does not but it does produce a bit of tartness and Belgian character that I really enjoy.
I agree. Definitely my second favorite yeast. My first being WLP500.

Another. I'm such a light weight anymore feeling it already.
Dangnabbit! Just left the bottle shop and forgot to check if they had any in.
Water, contemplating the haul that I am going to ship.
I got the last two last time I was at total wine in Alexandria. Happy to share if you havent had it before.
Having my second homebrewed lake walk pale ale. Beautifully clear, slightly undercarbed, and a touch bitterer than the last time I brewed it. Still quite good. And yes I am overdue for a lawn mowing.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that I am the sole reason that beer is developing a cult following :rockin::fro:
:rockin:
I mean, I am the number one drinker on Untappd by almost a factor of 6.
Drinking water. Although I will have the ACTUAL Bluebird after finishing laundry. And probably more "clone". :rockin: Just in time for Game 3.
Whats yer pre-boil volume .. 12, 12.5 gals ??
