Not bad for my first wine. But, can definitely taste the inexperience and lack of searching for a good recipe. Finished a bit sweet, but can't taste a bit of alcohol. I think it's around 13-14%, but I'd have to check my notes to know for sure.

Sometimes I forget what's hiding in the back of the cellar/beer closet. I forgot I was given a bag of these with a bunch of old brewing stuff. They have to be from the 70's.

I saw that episode and I do have to point out that the toothbrushes they kept under glass in an office far from the bathroom still had traces of fecal matter. Now, that doesn't mean I'll be rinsing my brush off in the toilet anytime soon, but it does show that no matter how hard you try, there is fecal mater floating everywhere.
