Oh. Also had my first brewing equipment casualty, and although it was minor... My very first airlock that I bought when starting, died by my wife's hand tonight.

I am pretty sure it sits on the shelf at a few places, I will look into that for you. The other 3 from the four pack are already boxed up for parts unknown.

I've found, time and again, that my kids friends are pretty awesome, and that their parents are psychotic.

Don't see many fresh morels here...dried, expensive ones, but not fresh. Maybe a few, briefly. Bought some in Pike's Market years ago in Seattle while visiting SWMBO's sister. I don't even remember exactly how I cooked them...I'm sure it was sauteed with butter and then whatever...It was good. Had them with pan seared pork chops and a veal demmi glace with Madeira wine once...incredible. Make sure you post yours on the cooking thread!

More kombucha with fresh squeezed orange...that s***s good! Like a tart orangeade. I was just looking at the store recently at 12oz bottles of kombucha going for $3.75 to $4.50...crikey! I probably drank like $15-18 worth today...and with freshly squeezed orange juice? Add another $5, at least.
