Dude, you live in a suburb of Detroit that happens to be in Ohio...
And yet if you blindfold me and put me in a car I can tell you the exact moment I cross the state line.

Pulled a few samples. First was lamBEEC kriek. Brewed on 1/20/14; tacked onto sour cherries 7-24-14. I'm loving this one already. Need to brew another batch so I can blend and bottle next year.

Then my Hunaphu clone. Brewed 10-25-14. Tastes like awesome! Threw in three and a half ounces of cacao nibs, a vanilla bean and half a cinnamon stick. Oh and some oak honeycomb that's been soaking in Elijah Craig for three months. Also made tinctures of the ancho, Guajillo and pesilla chilies. Can't wait to bottle this in a couple months

My first Crooked Stave via finsfan. A little sour a little funky but still has some Belgian saison character as well. Damn this is good.
I would have serious problem if I could buy this stuff at regular price up here.
It goes for $13 a bottle. :O
