I sort of did a clone, but added some citra because I needed to use it up. Tasted a lot like Pakos even with the citra. Such a great beer!

They make good beers, but I feel like they are always similar to each other. This reminds me of brown shugga. Still a solid beer.

Nice. I was fortunate enough to get the recipe straight from the brewer. My buddy and I are going to brew an 11 gallon batch and split it.

Nightcap after getting back from homebrew club meeting. Highlights there were the dunkelweizen the club has on our tap at the LHBS, a quad soured in a barrel with figs, raisins and cranberries and finally a geuze. Good meeting.
