Do it up. I just pressurized both kegs and shook them a bit. I'm almost out of CO2, so I may need to run to the LHBS. This saison is sour as hell. I contemplated blending it, but I can handle the sourness. It's the first sour I've had on-tap. This is the saison I used all-OEC dregs in to ferment.

Too bad I didn't see this earlier. I would have most definitely saved you some of the cake. I already washed the carboy. ****. If you want some, I'll start drinking my OEC beers and save dregs for you. The only question would be whether or not you want me to combine them all into one vile or not.
For my saison, I used dregs from four, different OEC beers: Tempus Blend #2, Solaris Batch 1, Novale, Artista Zymerga Artamas, Aeris Batch #1.
Same can, eh? Does that count?
