Because irony.
Or solidarity, whatever. If there's Irish in my blood I'm not aware of it.
Happy St. Paddy's Day!
*sigh* I overdid my 80 shilling and it's out of style.

And it's the closest thing I have to Irish beer, so I have to drink the sample (along with some of my also out of style Kolsch for a carb check).

Hey man. How did the pinewood derby go?
Glad I got one to sit on. This is neat.

That's a bad ass cup. Iso
McDonalds circa 2000 I think. I have a couple Shrek ones too. They're awesome for big beers, and also work for little ones.

I stopped taking pictures of beer when my family is looking. Tired of the ridicule. Daytime in the glass and a weird light ale I killed over dinner.
Dundee Irish Red Lager. It was a free growler with a purchase of another growler. Looks like I'll try to kick this tonight.
Yeah especially since stone is so secretive about it I used stone Brewers recipe from the can you brew it arrogant bastard thread I believe it's post 975. And thank you it did come out a bit darker than the original. It is tasty but still pretty green. I'm sure it will taste much better in 2 weeks.
Took a sick day from work and having a B-day breakfast. Beers soon
Burger King or McDonald's (I forget which). Those were some awesome glasses. They lasted at least 15 years. That's a bad ass cup. Iso
My 'failure' was to overshoot my efficiency on both of them. The only 'wrong' thing is that they're about 1-1.5 points over ABV for style. I plan to dump 5 gallons of each down people's throats at a festival this weekend, and then dump a case of the Kolsch down a neighbor's throat. After that, I'll bottle a few of each as extras to dump down HBTers throats, and if any remains, I'll struggle through the 'failure' on my own.Out of style? Ain't that a bite in the ass? My advice is to Just dump it and try again because everytime you pour a glass of either it will be a reminder of your failure as a brewer. Who needs that anxiety?
