Finished last night with a couple pints of DirtWolf and a pour of Heresy while waiting for pizza. End of the evening was quite the blur.

On the coff. Bought a French press the other day and made coffee with it today. I don't consider myself a coffee snob, so I won't say it's necessarily better than the stuff that comes out of a coffee maker, but it's definitely better than the stuff that comes out of a Keurig. Plus, it's fun to make it myself instead of just pushing a button.

Thought I had left it in the snow. Turns out, I put it on the driveway and moved SWMBO's Jeep away from the garage in case some snow off of the roof fell. So, the glass slept under the Jeep all night.

Mosaic honey blonde for my wife. Normally I do it with centennial hops, but I'm mixing it up...

Well SHyt. Mash is done, batch sparge volume nailed better than usual but this sweet wort is gonna have to sit for a while. Time to go wrench with dad.

I was thinking about this yesterday. Would it be a bad idea to mash on Saturday and boil on Sunday? Any nasties it picks up while sitting will be killed in the boil, right?
