Step 1: Get rid of that bread machine

Hey man, I love that thing! I do think I need to bite the bullet and just get a kitchen aid. That would eliminate the need for the bread machine. I mainly use it to mix dough because that sucks by hand.

The electrical is done pending inspection! Problem is, it appears my brew controller is not fully working. :-( such a bummer that I hope I can fix with help of the guy that built it.

What? Don't like getting your delicate hands a little dirty? :cross: It's bread dough, get your hands on it.

We have a Kitchenaid, but I rarely use it for bread. Especially now that I've started doing wetter doughs.

I was a little upset when I was told I couldnt have beer for 6 months and I immediately thought I would just be staring at my brew gear the whole time haha but theres certainly plenty of things I can be brewing in the meantime. I will still be able to sample the beers and occasional have one, but certainly not everyday. It also might be a great time to step my cooking game up. Ive always loved cooking and recently tried baking bread, but never have the time to read or learn more than I typically do.

Take up root beer making. You can still use the equipment and still maintain your skill set, plus home brewed root beer from scratch is the absolute balls

Any links? This may be something I need to try.

Haha well i may have to hold off even longer unfortunately. Just found out I may not be able to drink much or at all for the next 6 months. Non serious medical thing that I'm choosing to do but no alcohol made me almost decide not to do it. Its gonna be rough.

I thought of fins without beer makes dolphins cry.

That sucks. Hope it works out.

I couldn't test it until now. Had major issues with electricians and such wanting to do work but wanting over $2k. The shed cost less. So I'm nervous because I didn't think it would take me this long. The guy is great and I think it'll work out. I just feel bad because I was hoping it would all work. Maybe it's user error.

Victory beer after changing all the light bulbs in our high ceiling. I'm not sure why I feel so accomplished after changing some light bulbs haha, but there you have it.

More of the same. I can't stop drinking this stuff.

The dog wants some... lol.

One more water before going home to mess with a clogged keg. HERRRRRR!

Haha! I changed some fluorescent light bulbs in the kitchen today. Now it's too bright. I don't like it.

Did you use a ladder or one of those pole thingies? High ceiling light bulb changes warrant an all-night celebration when it comes to me.

I guess I'm having more beer. A of these hashtags are offending the **** out of me. Stop.

So... this would be out of the question?

Really a classy engagement ring if you ask me.

I had to mention something before I offended someone by not drinking! I never realized it only took 6 months for a liver to grow back. :D

I think it takes a bit longer. SWMBO was ran over as a kid and it took a bit for her liver to fix itself, but it does heal.
She can definitely drink though, just not as much as the rest of us. :D

Every time I've made zombie dust it disappears within a week of being carbed up.

Grapefruit Sculpin and catching up on threads. This stuff is soooo good. I should have bought everything they had in stock. ****!

If you buy one go for the pro six quart, unless I go nuts it handles any thing I throw at it, love mine.

Try a different color temp. You probably got 41k instead of closer to incandescent 30k

Are you talking down to me about my choice of color? Reported the crap out of this post!

Honestly, I have no clue what I bought. The ones I replaced have been in place ever since we bought this house over seven years ago and they finally went out. I just bought the closest to those that Home Depot had and called it good. It's not too bright to normal people. I just happen to like lower and more indirect lighting. If it was up to me, we would only use lamps in the whole house.
