I'm drinking a blonde ale, it has aged well, I bottled it on Christmas Eve which earned it the name "Christmas Spirit." I cold shocked it after two weeks of sitting in the closet, and now it goes down too smooth. ABV 6.2%

After a day of mind numbing meetings, cooking and eating dinner and then the pack meeting, I got to come home to make desserts. For dinner with friends tomorrow and a neighborhood get together on Saturday (to say hi to the newest people to move in.). Good think I like baking/desserts. Dark chocolate and mint Toll-House cookies and Buckeyes. Only thing I'm missing is a pint of Ben & Jerry's for the trifecta!

Kegged a 7.6% celebration ale clone, drank a hydrometer sample. I seem to have gone from 1.01 to 1.012 after dry hopping unless I read my hydro wrong.
