When is it not time to still not time to not IPA? :D
I think I got that right...

When wifey decides what she wants to drink. If it's something I want to drink, we'll split or each have one. Until then, it's time to IPA (she doesn't like IPAs).

"Well uh how are we supposed to know when that is?"
"You won't. I'll let you know."

How do you like it? And the brewery? I thought it was a pretty cool place. The beers weren't mind blowing by any means, but definitely solid.

It's a very cool place I dig the vibe and all the brewers are just standing on the porch drinkin and bs'ing... What a dream job. The ipa I had was pretty good, first beer all say so it went down pretty quick. I'm on the saison now and it's pretty expected..if that makes sense. I also had a couple of their pizza slices and they were very good. I did ask if there was a way I could your or check out their brewery and the bartender said we don't really have anything set up like that yet. I bet if rubbed elbows with the brewer though he'd walk me around thy seemed pretty cool. Thanks for the recommendation it never came up in my google searches lol

RIP John Holt (a few months ago at least, they're all f***ing dying and it depresses me)

Still working on the Winter Warmer.

brutha, they're just achieving permanent Legend status. we just gotta make sure the young ones know where it came from. RIP

I have the most insane buzz, I don't think I can think anymore.

Truth.

Unfortunately for most folks reggae is either Bob Marley and only Bob Marley, or it's half this new dancehall stuff that's usually utter rubbish.

Best description I ever heard. "You mean when they were all still wearing suits?"

Yes. That's the reggae I like. Hah.

Thanks for the heads up I PM'd Coff and he hooked me up with a bunch of good info. It's weird that a company as big as Whitelabs would mis-classify a yeast but it appears that's what happened. I bought 2 vials so I'm going to go forward as planned and reviews of "brett" brus trois are really good.

Cool, glad you got the info you needed

Awesome, glad you're enjoying it. I need to stop by there again next time I'm in Austin.

If you're willing to relocate and brew with me once or twice a week, let me know. :D

LOL. I did just get three pounds of hops today. Should be good for an IPA. :D Have beer will travel.

Although there is only three national championships on my resume compared to UConns 4 or 5 or what not.
