Labels come right off.

Got dam! I've said it before and I'll say it again: Santa Fe brewing Java Stout is one of the best stouts ever!

Rouge dead guy labels are the absolute worst. I spent most of my time cleaning those labels off bottles today than any other bottle.
When I used to bottle, I always found Sam Adams were the worst. Labels would shred into a gluey mess. Guinness Extra bottles were the best. 5 minutes in hot water and they were floating on the top.

Ever try soakin cork? It's the worst. I know a guy that can soak two corks at once.
Farging iceholes.

Wow. Guy I'm drinking with just said farging iceholes and had to explain it to me. Then I read this. Weird comes in pairs....

Shot of crown regal Apple and back to the eye pee ayes. Cheers loverfaces

This is why I love brewing. 3 weeks brew to glass (green and bottled 1 week) BM Centennial Blonde extract with an added lb of dme... I can read through it and the taste is just great. Really going to come into its own in another week here.

Rushed it and won.

Did they still have more of the Evil Twin at least?

They have more of it. So i got another bottle. I think it can beat these guys of funk and sour. Their recent stuff is not good. The prairie was not good in my opinion the evil was outstanding though.

Im going to open a funk/sour brew pub in houston to beat and over take jester. Their stuff is overrated

At Jester again. These ****ers sold the prairie out in less than 2 days. ****ing nuts....

They have an insane business plan that magically works. I was there around the time JP first started distributing here. They had more bottles from them for sale than any of there own stuff up for sale. I forgot what was on tap but it wasn't anything special by any means

Sounds like you need to do more market testing and send me some;)

I will go there daily for a beer, unless you open up north of 610 and 45 then it will only be when there's a good band at dosey doe or Crighton Theatre playing that I will venture so far north of town.

Dosey doe has a place north of town in the woodlands. My thought is to open one in the spring/ tomball area. North of the loops are left to rot compare to inner loop. F*(k downtowm specs

+1! Hahaha and send some jester king for comparison ;)

More of my house DIPA. I think there's maybe a gallon left. So I did the responsible thing, and racked the other DIPA that's done dry hopping to a keg that's second on deck to be tapped. :D

With Exxon moving into spring. That's not a bad place to set up shop. It's not our fault those outside of the beltway chose big houses and low taxes over good food, drinks and traffic. #bringmorebrewpubstohouston
