What'd you think?
I made a clone of this but never tried it cause my fermenter broke with the beer in it. Smelled great going down the drain though. Still due to brew another.

It's not the best imperial stout I've had by far but if I can brew it much ceaper than I can buy it (and locally isnt much cheaper than you paid)
then so be it.
Edit: 3 pours of 7.6% ipa + a bfod. Now another ipa. Starter going for a celebration ale clone.
Guess I need to brew a huge ipa next
or an imperial stout

More water and coffee. I feel like someone beat me up. Coming downstairs and seeing the number of bottles I opened reminds me that I need to take a breather. Is it really only Tuesday? Christ.

Took it easy last night to 'reset' and spend time with my wife. Shoveled snow in 0* for an hour this morning.
